Bought a Single Family home in 2024 in King irving, Des moines, IA. Jay did an excellent job helping me to find a home. I was very particular about what I wanted and he was very patient with me. I appreciate him asking enough questions of me so he could find properties for me to check out. When I did find my home he communicated with the seller to get all of the repairs I wanted and also negotiated a satisfactory price.
